At Nutri-bay, we want you to be fully satisfied with your health and wellness purchases; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Ship the Product

  Once your request is authorized, securely pack the items and ship them to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
